A chic couple found themselves with an empty nest and ready to tackle the renovation of the primary suite and guest bathroom that had been neglected since the mid 1990s. The goal was to drench the new spaces with elevated luxurious finishes and novel concepts that reference their majestic natural elements of the storied canyon. While gutting the guest bathroom and primary suite, they took the opportunity to update guest spaces and common areas by changing carpet to hardwood, new furnishings, wallpaper, and window coverings. Completed 2025.
