Remember this falafel bar concept I started working on months ago? Well, I just wanted to give you an update that the concept has moved from San Diego to Palo Alto and its taken on an earthy rustic look to it. There is an actual leased space and a mad rush to open in 2-3 months so I have been working hard this past week getting the new space designed. Here is a taste of where we are going with it.
