You may not want to admit it, but brass is back and its looking quite modern these days. A throwback of 70’s decadence, it adds a touch of glam to any room, as a wall hanging, lamp, statuette, lighting, or furniture item.
There are two routes to take:
1) Maximalist – the most brass per square inch, coupled with other metals, bright saturated colors and textiles, for an over the top effect bordering on comical. Yet dazzling.







2. Minimalist – simple white rooms with streamlined furniture and just the bare essentials. The brass detailing gives the space just enough wow factor.







Its really everywhere now – as either finish options in hardware and lighting, new decorative items, or vintage finds.
