Q: I’m not sure photos are enough to really give a feel for the space. How can I be confident that the
   designer actually gets the space and is able to connect it with the design of the rest of the house?

A: With your measurements and photos, a 3D model is built virtually so that the designer can walk through
   the room and make informed spatial decisions.

Q: What if I don’t like everything about the end-result and want to make some changes?
A: We give you our recommendations, but in the end it’s your space and we want you to be happy. You are in
   control over what level of implementation you would like to invest.

Q: Is the final design budget friendly?
A: Each design plan is customized to the budget that you set in advance. Once recommendations are provided,
   you decide how and when to spend your money on purchases. The designer is not getting a mark-up of your
   purchases so we won’t recommend overpriced items and we won’t pressure you to buy anything.

Q: How will I make a personal connection with the designer if we don’t meet face to face?
A: Through our initial phone consultation and ongoing email interaction, we build a personal relationship
   with each client. Our goal is to make sure you love the space you live in and we want to do that by
   getting to know you.

Q: If I like the service and want to do more rooms in my house, do you offer some kind of discount?
A: Yes, if you want to do more rooms we will offer discounts.

Q: Since I can’t see the recommended furniture in person before buying online, how can I be sure I am not
   stuck with low-quality products that the designer is suggesting I buy?

A: Everything we recommend is selected from a vendor that we trust. You get to decide whether you want to
   go with that purchase or source something similar. We’re happy to review your selections in the context
   of the overall design plan.
